Great app for conferences and I’m happy to not be carrying around paper.
Find user name and password in your “Know Before You Go” email.
Find you username and password in your “Know Before You Go” email or ask the registration table attendants to tell you.
Worst app ever!!!
There is no support anywhere! If you forget your user name or pw there is no way to reset it on the login page. There is also no tech support. The worst!!

I would give zero stars if I could. There is no forgot user PW. There is no number to call for tech support. If I can't get in what am I supposed to do?
Do not forget your login!
I can’t remember my username or password and there is no way to re-set, essentially making the app useless
