Makes no sense
This app seems to have two conditions. Monitoring on or off. No explanation, no help, no obvious use of the info. I was expecting a mobile app for client management but that does not seem to be the case. I expected way more. Overall concept of Rayse is good.
Traps Your Contacts, No Export or Delete
This app is frustrating for several reasons:
No way to export or take your data with you once it’s in, you’re stuck.
They SAY they don’t do anything with your data… but read the Privacy Terms carefully.
You can’t delete your contacts once entered. That should raise red flags.
Ask yourself: why would an app make it so hard to control your information?

Useless gimmick
Another MLS waste of time for agents, brokers, and clients. Manual entry of everything and a very intrusive app that records activity even while closed. Idea is cool but execution is stuck in 2001. Just another useless association gimmick to justify taking dues from brokerages and agents. Zillow offers a better client experience.

Our brokerage had high hopes for this app/idea but in reality it’s just another software that requires manual entry when it promises to streamline the real estate journey.
