What's New in RAYSID
v1.2
July 1, 2026
Version 1.2 • New: Local radiation Map. Record your readings geotagged to where you took them and see them as a colour-coded overlay (count rate or dose rate). Tap the locate button to centre on your position - no recording required. • New: Optional community map layer, showing public RAYSID readings from raysid.com. Toggle it on or off anytime. • Improved isotope identification: more reliable peak detection on high-count spectra, so clear peaks are highlighted as expected. Your measurements, location, and recorded map stay on your device. The map is recorded only while the app is open (no background tracking).
