IPhone will not connect

It’s true what everyone is saying. The app on your iPhone will not recognize the Chroma light. It will register the light and seem to connect during the setup process. But it doesn’t work on your iPhone. Completely useless.

After moving from Elgato to Razer, I regret it

This app "locks" key lights so you can only configure them with one app at a time. It routinely loses its connection with the lights and there's a lag when changing colors or brightness.

Works on iPad not iPhone

Ok so when I first got my Razer Keylight Chroma and I installed this app on my iPhone, it works great!

Then my boyfriend was at my house, tried to use his phone to connect to the light, which didn’t work, and ever since then the app won’t show the light on my phone, even though I see it in the Wi-Fi section of the Settings app, but the device won’t show up in the Razer app.

Months later I decided to try again, still won’t work on my phone. I decided to install the Razer app on my iPad, and it was able to connect to the light!

Not sure why it doesn’t connect on my phone, but works on my iPad. I checked the software version of both iPhone and iPad, and they are both iOS 16.6.1. Please fix this bug.
