Not A Good Joke
Downloaded this app in the hope of being able to deposit a check funded in US currency. I’ve tried at least a half dozen times and always received a message about the login information not matching or my not having access permission.
Can’t login
The app is useless. It won’t accept valid RBC US credentials.
Doesn’t work, is out of date
This app hasn’t been updated in two years and it’s not even possible to log in anymore. It was never updated for full screen iPhones either. Very disappointing coming from RBC.

This app does not work. The Canadian app is significantly better and actually functional. If you are going to have an app, it should at least work- you might be better off removing this from the App Store.
It’s a scam
I got an error message trying to log in. Then went to my account and saw there was an unauthorized attempt to log into my account. Deposit online through the rbc website.

Discontinued!
I was told by support that this app is now discontinued, and all deposits must be made through the web site. Why won’t you remove this app from the App Store?
Doesn’t work!
Since I downloaded almost 2 yrs ago, it never worked! I’ve called the support team a few times and they always say that there’s no issues with the app or that they are working to fix it. I think 2 yrs waiting to be fixed is too much! Don’t waste your time downloading it!

If App is Discontinued, Why is it still in App Store
I was unable to log in and error message said to call RBC for password reset. So called RBC and waited on hold for 15 minutes. Was told the app is no longer supported and I could instead scan checks by logging into my US account through a browser on my iPad or iPhone. That worked but is not as quick as the app and I am sure many users are unaware since the app is still in the App Store and there is no mention of it being discontinued in the App Store or within the App. Either remove this from App Store or support again.

Can no longer log in. Will be contacting RBC as I am now unable to deposit cheques for Visa payments. Unimpressed.

The last version was bad. Now it's saying my bank account doesn't even exist. FYI it exists. I can log in on my computer
Crashes but used to work...
This used to work fine for me and saved me from having to go to Canadian RBC branch location and then transfer money over into US RBC account online. Simple app that could be upgraded- apple phone keeps telling me it needs to be- but it worked fine and got the job done. Now it crashes after front image is taken. The only thing this app did is no longer possible. Sigh. :(

No longer workd
The app worked very well for mw up until yesterday. Supposedly you can get support 24/7 but that is not the case. They open at 7:00 EST so now I will have to wait. Too bad they did not provide a timely update to go with the new iOS. Hopefully they will do something about it adap.
Worked great for a year until today
Had no issues for a year but stopped working after latest iPhone OS update. Using an iPhone 6.
