Incompetent customer service and slow shipping

The app freezes and will not let you check out. The customer service had the nerve to tell me they were on holiday as if that is my problem. You ship worldwide, it’s not a holiday where I’m at! This is why people shop on Amazon. After nearly a week the order still has not shipped. I love the concept of sustainable design but the poor customer service and technical issues are aggravating. I’m deleting the app. This is the first and last time I’m shopping with this brand. Buyer beware!
