Works well!
I grabbed this little remote on a store run and it has worked very well for me. The app made programming a breeze and everything works seamlessly.
Honest review
The app is a bit hard to understand at first but once you get it down it’s easy. Only problem I’m having is having to reconnect the remote time and time again. I suggest try and buy the real remote for your tv or just deal with the disconnecting and having to reconnect, but overall it’s not too bad I would just recommend try and buy the real controller for your tv.

Garbage
I’ve had this remote for about 3 months now. It started out great but ALWAYS loses pairing and to get it to re-pair takes forever! Also, I have to turn my tv off and on again to get the remote to find the right app on my tv or it gets stuck on one and won’t move. Don’t buy this!
App and remote are TRASH
This app is utter garbage, the remote is also complete garbage. You cannot connect the remote to an actual fire stick device without going through hours of troubleshooting and even then it does not have all functionality. The TV and fire stick kept rejecting to pair it saying it was not supported. The menu button does not have the same function for the fire stick device and remote when using this remote, so if you have to type in a password you are up the creek if you need to switch to the next set of numbers. Many more issues but I’m so frustrated with this thing I don’t even feel I wrote my thoughts out in a constructive way. Main point, save your money and time and just do not buy the remote.

Would not even let me put it on my phone. It said my phone was too new. My phone is two years old so what does that tell you about this remote so I put it on my iPad instead and it wouldn’t do anything don’t waste your time or money on this remote or app so disappointed you know to have an remote finder is like the key to success in life what a letdown

Compré uno y funcionó normal después compré otro para la otra TV y dejó de funcionar y traté de usar el primero y si funcionó por un rato después se desprogramo y ya no funciona ni uno ni el otro y les hice reset a los dos y nada si no quieren perder su tiempo mejor compren otra marca no lo recomiendo

This app will not let you see whether your tv is supported until after you’ve purchased the associated remote. No listings in remote packaging. Therefore, garbage.

Although I love the concept of being able to locate the remote, that’s the only good thing. This last one I’ve purchased worked for 1 week and now it won’t connect/pair!
Stupid
This episode stupid do not download. It didn’t work. It tried to pair with my remote. All I wanted was a remote because I don’t have one and I hate getting out of bed not my volume like I was just seeing if it would work does not work. it is a scam.

Junk app and junk product
If you’re considering getting this app you must have purchased an RCA product. Do yourself a favor and return it for a refund while you can. Tell everyone and their neighbor that the product is junk.
The remotes associated with this app are junk and will randomly disconnect frequently. I am lucky if I can make it a week before having to reprogram the remote. Sometimes it fails multiple times a day.
Today the app is just not working altogether, claiming there is a 502 server error on RCA’s side. There is no way to get any additional information, or figure out a workaround. As far as I’m concerned the outage is permanent—I’ll be uninstalling the app and tossing these remotes in the trash.

It wouldn’t work every time I tired connecting to it in the second slide I get saying trying to connect it was like that for half an hour.
