Card declined
My card is being declined while trying to pay a bill when there’s plenty of money in my account and I’m unable to resolve the issue because it’s after 4pm so, of course you’re closed. I only opened an account with River City because we were going to get a loan through your bank and wanted to build a working relationship with you first. Now I’m probably going to just close the account and stick with chase. Not being able to reach anyone after 4pm regarding an issue with access to my money is ridiculous.

It’s not the worst, it’s not the best.
River City is a smaller bank so this app meets the needs but not as much polish of the bigger banks.
