Poorly developed
The app should be a great deal for those of us in the rural banking sector but in my candid opinion,it was poorly developed and leaves so much to be desired.
It doesn’t allow for registration or reset of your login credentials once you are already registered but don’t remember them.
It was actually my first time on the app—I didn’t even even something of this sort existed ; I had always used the *992# which works quite well sometimes but mostly down.
When I discover the app,I quickly downloaded it with the hope of logging onto it with my account details but it said I was already registered ; given the unlikely event that I had already registered on the app,it still wouldn’t give me a button to reset my login credentials—which makes the app partially dysfunctional.
