Connection Issue Alert
The RCN office mobility app is solid experience overall, providing useful features that enhance productivity. However, I've encountered some issues that affect its reliability. Occasionally, text messages within the app are delayed or fail to send or receive correctly. Additionally, the app sometimes sends multiple notifications for incoming calls when it fails to connect, mimicking the alert up to 2-3 times a day. The notification for the failure to connect gets in the way when using the phone.
I've ruled out connection issues as the potential cause, as my internet connection is consistently strong, both at home and on mobile data, where I consistently have full signal strength. My home WiFi has a 2Gbps fiber connection that has never failed on me. I do not experience similar issues with any other applications, which leads me to believe the problem may lie in the app's connectivity with RCN services.
Despite these intermittent connectivity issues, I believe the RCN office mobility app is fundamentally a good product. However, addressing these glitches would significantly improve its functionality and user satisfaction.

”Called failed to connect” error message
The program work well, however there is a bug in the iOS interface. Error message reads, Call failed to connect.” This interference message happens every 10 minutes it pauses movies, videos and phone conversations. Sometime it cut off my call. Is there a fix for this???
Can’t log in!!!
I can’t log in all of a sudden???? I need this for work! Someone help! It says to “upgrade”??
RCN Mobility App Is Amazing!
Great product and call quality, meshes well with desktop seat.
Does not work properly
Got iPhone 8 and new iOS over a month ago. App works if you delete and download again. However if you close it it won’t re-open, or on occasion will open to last contact and all is frozen. Have to delete and download again for each use. Not worth using if you have to do that.
