Redesigned lead-indicator charts Charts now reflect the type of measure being tracked. Count measures, such as workouts or sessions, display a week-by-week bar chart alongside a summary of this week against your average. Point-in-time measures, such as weight or resting heart rate, display a trend line scaled to your own recent range, with a change indicator since your last reading that accounts for measures where a lower value is the goal. Measures without any recordings are now clearly labelled. Apple Health integration Link a measure to Apple Health to have your weight recorded automatically. If readings stop arriving, the measure will let you know. A simpler way to add measures Each objective section now uses a single Add button, allowing you to search measures you already track or create a new one in the same place. Key results can be defined either as a metric tracked over time or as a milestone with a target date. Improvements and fixes - Key results with a negative reading no longer display an incorrect percentage - Linking an existing measure to a habit now correctly categorises it as a habit - Clearing a measure description now saves as expected - Improved reliability of Apple Health sync when settings change or records conflict
