This app is an excellent safety net for canal boaters . However it would be really helpful if the details of name telephone number and RCR account number could be saved on the appto avoid having to fill in in am emergency

As previous reviewers no cancellation option or confirmation you really need assistance, surely you should register your membership details and problem summary before requesting assistance? Good idea though

I downloaded the app popped in my details and it sent off a request. There is no way of cancelling it.
