老是手表上有莫名其妙的来电 但是手机上不显示
为什么蓝牙手表老是有莫名奇妙的电话提示但是手机上没有来电提示通话记录里也没有手机手表上都没有
Watch Shortfalls
It has 6 built in watch faces. While there’s many others to choose from, only one can be installed, and that disappears in a day or two requiring reinstalling.
It does not have ECG capability although the AD says it does
The beautiful watch band needs adjusting to fit, but it appears impossible to adjust it, even though the supply the tool.
Otherwise, it’s a gorgeous watch and the provide a black band as an extra, so it’ll fit without the fancy band.

Love the watch hate the app
The watch is great but the app is terrible. Can’t customize much and can’t even delete watch faces you don’t like. Admins please update the watch and app to customize it to what we want.
Cannot connect with GPS
I am not able to connect to the GPS feature. Error reads: Please connect to APP and enable GPS location permission. I have done this, reset and performed steps again. Still will not connect.

I Love this watch and have been Happy with this for awhile now, for a day or so (2 tops) I wasn’t able to re-connect it for some reason I noticed it wasn’t no longer paired. Well after sometime I was reminded to not panic and I reset it (there’s directions within the app itself to help) & now both actions(watch/call ) functions work normal again ☺️ thank you ✨

Beautiful watch! I would love to give a 5-star review but…. I cannot connect device automatically to my phone. When I manually connect to Bluetooth, call works only and I do not want to talk to my wrist on a call! I have googled help for hours. The manual is not very helpful. I cannot figure out why it does not automatically connect with my iPhone. Please help. If I can’t figure this out, I will sadly return the watch.

Doesn’t sync with Apple Health
The app doesn’t sync steps with Apple Health. It barely syncs anything. The phone is basically obsolete and useless unless it can sync properly with your phone. And this phone and app doesn’t do it well at all.

Won’t receive sms.
Watch receives every notification except for texts. Specifically for it to receive texts when I can’t reach my phone and had to find out the hard way that it does not push texts. Please fix!!
表盘自定义的数字什么时候可以选款选位置啊？
表盘样式自定义只能改背景图片，数字显示效果只能选颜色，没有位置样式的选择，太局限太难看了。明明找到好好看的图片。就是数字显示不好。要学苹果就学全了嘛

I bought this watch specifically to receive text notifications because the previous brand I bought purchased didn’t.Its very disappointing to find out this watch doesn’t receive them either.
No imperial settings
Can only have 1 dial downloaded. Weather is NOF my location!! How do I set location?? Haven’t found the phone call receive/make icon. Would like “list” rather than icons !! Only had it a few hours so maybe I’m missing something??

Great app, but could use some new features
I think a great update you could make with this app is allowing people to change the watch icon images and change them

The app works good however needs better watch faces!! Watch faces that you can edit to add steps to the watch face!!
No SMS notification
I bought 2 of IW9, for me and for my daughter, but we both cannot receive message (sms) notifications. I already tried everything like reset, install/uninstall. Other app notifications can receive on smartwatch except sms and it was the main reason I bought it but I got disappointed. Please let me know how to fix this.

Pretty good
The watch is great. The app is decent. My only complaint is that even though I have everything set up properly, the app isn’t adding all of my steps in the health app.

I’m loving it the watch connects beautifully but watch face market and the custom watch face builder leaves a lot to be desired I would love to add more than just the date/time and one health function like I would love to add battery life and a second health function and the pre set options are many but all kind of look the same and very few with both battery life step count and the digital dial together more options would be nice
