User reviews

A lifesaver

I love this app. The standout features are the daily challenges, breathwork techniques that really work and heart rate tracking. Being able to see how your heart rate changes through a session is next level. 10/10

Great app for nervous system

I’ve been using this app since it was beta and it’s a great app for regulating my nervous system. I was looking for an app that had more than just breathwork and came across this one. All other apps I’ve found are only breathwork with no other features.

Rezen tracks your heart rate on your Apple Watch so you can see your progress during sessions and over time - which is really helpful and validating after a long session.

Can’t recommend it enough for anyone who wants a well rounded app to regulate your nervous system!
