A must have!
Great for sending group messages and not having them linked to a text chain that you can’t opt out of. I like the fact that it sends them out individually. My one feedback would be to have an option to send messages out at a specific time or send later option.

Group Texts
Not as user friendly as my old app! While I can make groups for the church I have to send the texts individually instead as a group! 96 texts bogs down my phone and I have to reset to get each group out. I would prefer that I can send as a group instead of individually.

iMessage block
Due to using REACH, Apple blocked my ability to send iMessages for EVER. I’ve talked to 3 friends who also used it and all blocked as well. If you value your iMessage and FaceTime DO NOT USE. 0/10 recommend.

I suddenly started getting error messages for every single marketing text I sent out, I’ve written reach and someone got back to me and said they would get back to me again with a solution within 24 hours, that was probably weeks ago now nobody’s gotten back to me.
Using Reach for marketing messages was a big part of my income. I am really, really disappointed.

Send a Message to Many People
This app does the job right. I send out devotional messages to nearly 100 people every morning. The message goes into the app, and with a single action, the devotional goes out to everyone as an individual message. Very efficient.
Good option for individual texting.
It’s easy and convenient to set up. Sometimes a little slow though. Sending out 90 messages can take up to 30 min. And I’d love if I could get more than one person set up to use my account.

This app really streamlines getting the word out to lots of people without giving their phone numbers away to each other!

At last, a texting app that actually works!
Finally an app that actually does what it’s supposed to do! I have tried every mass text sending app in the App Store and have spent a lot of money doing so! Frankly they all are terrible! Constant failures, crashing midway, stopping midway, start all over again so some people get two or three texts and terrible or non existent support! What a nightmare. Thank God for Reach! It not only works well but when there is a failure, usually an android phone, they show you and help you easily resend it. Thank you Reach, you have made me smile every time I use your app!

This app is so amazing to help me quickly text to the large groups I have to contact. The best part is each text goes separately.
Mass Texts
Hello, I’ve been using this platform for at least over a year now. At first everything was going well but within the last 12 months , I’ve had to change my number twice due to it being reported as spam. Not sure if there’s anything in your system that could prevent that or not?
Keep getting error.
I tested using Reach with Google Voice extensively before paying for the app. My intention was to use Reach to mass send reminders for an event I am hosting. I had no issues during testing of sending to multiple people but as soon as I purchased the paid version to be able to send to more than 8 contacts, I started getting errors on every message. I couldn’t even send to one person without an error anymore. I cancelled my subscription but it’s a bummer I paid for nothing.
It seems like it would work well without needing the shortcut connection to send through google voice.

One of the better group/bcc style sms apps
The only thing I don’t really like is that you have to actually send the message to each person.
It’s useful but could be better
I work at a brokerage with 300 agents so we need to text often while also texting agents outside our brokerage. You should be able to just hit send and it go to people without you having to hit send 300 sometimes for each person - THAT BEING SAID - I did catch a few people that should be in my group. Also, gets suuuuuuppppeeerrrr slow after sending 80 texts
