I’m not sure what they did, but this app is way better than it used to be. I love having everything with an easy reach without all the nonsense of social media. Everything works really well it’s much faster.

Date and timestamp PLEASE!
I agree that a date and timestamp would be really helpful to know when a direct message was sent. Also, not all messages show up as notifications. This is really frustrating since I’ve missed some direct messages that were timely.

Time and date needed
There needs to be a time and date stamp on the list of alerts. Wildfire season is upon us, and that would help to understand the status of the fire. I don't see a way to know when the evacuation order was given or rescinded.

Love this app!
This app provides a one-stop-shop for me to find important and useful info for our school community. This includes updates & announcements, a calendar of events, communication with teachers, and various resources that save me from having to call the school and providing a way for me to communicate online (e.g. attendance forms, volunteer sign-up forms, college & career help, health & safety info, etc).
I think a lot of the negative reviews might be more related to certain schools that do not fully utilize the app and all of the available features (mentioned above). This app is a great way to consolidate school communication and resources!😊

Completely unusable at the moment
Works sometimes and not others. Saved schools disappear and cannot search for them to re-add. Can not verify personal code and buttons appear not to function.
Missing updates and no ipad compatibility
Bummed about this app... if the school wants to keep using it, the app should be better and adaptable to iPad’s screen (ie, able to turn to landscape view.) disappointed for over a year now. Hoping it gets an update.

I have no idea why my school chooses to use this system. It is likely the worst app I have downloaded to my phone. It is terribly slow and inconvenient.

This app has helped us consolidate school communication and access to school tools like menus, grades, Pta store and more. It also helps us push it out to parents easily!

Barely usable
This app is awful. Between the app and my school’s tech incompetence, I am barely able to obtain information about my child’s school. How could you write an IOS app that doesn’t display correctly on the iPad?
Great all in one app that’s getting better every day!
I oversee Family Engagement for a network of 15 schools, 9 of which are using Flyer for their school to home communication. Families love that everything is in one place (whole school announcements, calendar, teacher and grade level messages) and school staff feel great knowing their messages are being delivered in the language each family needs. My greatest appreciation for Flyer is that their team is constantly responding to feedback on how to make the app more user friendly on both ends and works diligently to keep improving so usage is seamless and intuitive.

Crashes Non-Stop
Love that all my school’s information is in a good format and is easy to use, but the app ALWAYS crashes when I use it.
Crashes if you’re in a call
These kinds of bugs are understandable, sometimes. The developer making me submit a bug report as a review isn’t.
