No desktop version for Mac
So troublesome when we are Mac user but have to use iOS version. My colleague is using the windows version also said not user friendly. Please improve this. Your clients are paying it, not for free.

Not sure why the developer using this app for VP or Defect. With such low performing app, its not helping the new owners to address all the issues. Was it purportedly to delay all the defects process and let it slips through over time? Only the developer can answers.

Simple command cant be done
This apps cannot double click, the loading speed is 2000 years later. My university project can do better than this.

Can’t choose business option at all. No drop down list provided and had trouble to log into my account.

The app is keep crashing and could not be saved properly with very slow respond time , downloaded with no choice

Don’t trust about this HCK developer creating such rubbish application and unable to submit defect form, after sales service totally are terrible. Please Apple Store delist the application and give a punishment to such developer.

Error
I hit error after downloaded the apps a while. The error message is “ migration is required due to following errors:-Property SAppMenuPagesetting.cameraframecolumnnamehasbeenadded.Property SAppMenuPageSetting.Selfcameraframeratio’has been added.
Buttons seems not functioning well
Low reaction time or the button placement is too near to the edge of the phone screen. When I click of time selection, nothing appears. The UI is also not good, as there are available burger/ 3 dots icon but with blank list only. Wasting time and space.. please improve this. I have experienced other housing apps but this one seems topping off the list of unusable app so far

Useless app
Bug everywhere, not even logging in but keep show someone using it, not able to sign out all device, now stuck and unable to submit defect. Is this the tactic to delay the process? What a rubbish apps

Not an option to download this apps. Used it for VP however very slow apps, inconvenient, not smart.
1) Appointment making- after appointment made- not indicated anywhere.
2) defects upload- 2 times uploaded and save then re open the apps, all disappeared. So had to upload again and again
3) suddenly pop up message - migration required. Unable to log in. Then i deleted the apps and redownload, it shows logged in in another device. I never managed to log in though.
Please improve this. Its a wastes of time, but its not a choice to use this apps. So i hv downloaded again and see how it goes.
Contacted the number stated however, no responds yet. I will not download this apps if i have a choice.

The worst
Very laggy. Unstable apps. And don’t get me started on the UI/UX — extremely outdated in baby boomers kinda way. This apps was built solely for the purpose of making it difficult for the users and house purchasers to file their defects, check and submit inquiry etc.
Cannot even register.
Why i can’t give this apps 0 star?
Not user friendly
App is total trash. No prompt to save changes. No changes to contact details can be update. No pin appear to point out defect location in house plan. Another easy way developer to run from responsibility. Please do app test run before release final product. House developer also need to recognize this issues firsthand.

Can’t access to file
Logged in but can’t access to the file. Blank page. Tried to reinstall and changed devices but doesn’t fix the problem
