Will not connect to the app
Have sat here for an hour now trying to get this amp connected to the app how frustrating and a shame it promised good things .

Huge fail on iPad
Does not have a native iPad app. It runs the phone app with poor layout. Big fail.

Die KI Bilder sind nicht jedermanns Sache, aber am Ende kauft man den Reactor wegen dem Sound und den Möglichkeiten die man über die App hat und das funktioniert alles wirklich 1A.
Natürlich liefert die KI nicht direkt den Perfekt Sound, aber man ist schon nah dran und kann dann schnell selbst nur noch ein paar Einstellungen vornehmen um da gewünschte Ergebnis zu erhalten.
Bin genauso begeistert wie vom Spark, nur dass der Amp hier natürlich dazu noch 100x besser klingt.

iPad not working…
iPad doesn’t launch app with OS 17.7.11. I’ve tried everything suggested and it still just freezes.
Does not work on iPad
Just a frozen screen on iPad (IOS 17.7.11) … wiped iPad, deleted iCloud data, reinstalled app … no worky
Constant connection losses
Update: the last version did also boot fix this for me. I use iPhone 16.

While the Bluetooth connection from my iPhone to the reactor rock solid where I can stream music from 15 m away easily the connection of the app to the amp is lost when I move my app more than 30 cm away from the amp. And I can only reconnect to the amp if I am that close. I don’t know, but this does not make sense to me.
The rest of the app works very well. I’m just very limited in my movement area.
Anyway, I love the product and I really enjoy the app.

Buggy
App is buggy. Switching tones takes multiple clicks all the time. Can’t click the 1sr search result on ToneCloud searches. AI gives “unknown error” a lot of the time. Needs refinements.
Very good and the amp is amazing. But I wish it was optimise better for iPad.
Please optimise the app for iPad. it would definitely be five stars if it wasn’t for that because I use an iPad as my interface other than that it’s great. 👍

The app worked great 2 weeks ago but it is very glitched now and locks up

Please fix:
-volume smoothness.. volume spikes around 7 oclock.
-when changing amps keep same tone/ gain/ master volume settings (giant spikes in volume and gain while previewing amp styles is annoying.
-give me more control over DI/line out settings. Maybe add line out EQ, IR, Volume, Gain.
This will make the amp a gigging machine for me!! I want to use this amp for Gigs, but the line out control is making it difficult to dial in line out tone.

Tone Creator Hub
I’m unable to use the “Describe it” functionality. It keeps giving me an Unknown Error, it worked twice then it stopped. I’ve reinstalled the app, I’ve factory reset the amp, and still doesn’t work. Kind of pointless considering that’s one of the main selling points of the app.
Great start
When using the Amp Intelligence to create tones, there are times when I click on one of the options presented and it acts like the signal isn’t being received by the amp hardware correctly. There will either be no change in the amp tone, or the amp will sometimes go into what sounds like some sort of feedback loop.

Works well
I use it on an iPad and it’s not set up to look right when in horizontal view. Still works fine just doesn’t look great. Looks better in the iPhone
