I downloaded this app simply based on an email notification I got from the iStore South Africa. The email said that I’m subscribed to the ReactPlus service and will get billed for R39pm unless I unsubscribe. I can’t remember subscribing but since I recently bought an iPad and paid via credit card I thought, perhaps I opted in for the service unknowingly. If you ever phoned the iStore you’d know how poor their call centre and general customer support are, and so I thought it’s quicker to just login an deactivate the service. After logging in I saw I’m actually not subscribed. So my complaint is that they tricked me into downloading an app (which I’ll delete now) by saying I’ll get charged for a service I never subscribed to in the first place. I should probably have known I should ignore their email but I expected the iStore to be underhanded, just not in this way. So pardon me for believing their mail and watch out for their “methods” to attract clients if you actually plan to make use of their service.

I tested the app before purchasing membership. I held the panic button & probably 3-5 minutes later I get a call from the security officer to tell me he is outside and asked if all is well. I must say this is great 😎 R39 is fairly reasonable compared to other alternatives ! This for sure gives me more than enough peace of mind ❤️

Sometimes the app works, however most of the time I get a repeated pop-up with the payment details. Does not work

This seems to be happening to other folks and is happening for me. I couldn’t even hit the panic button if I wanted to. Please sort it out?

App not working on my iPhone 13 Pro as it keeps on reverting to registration. I have to restart my phone to make it work for a few minutes then it reverts to registration screen immediately!
