充值后账号丢了
请问怎么更新呢，使用的时候软件要求更新，商店里有没有可以更新的地方.. 另外，账号在充值后不小心退出了，在登陆进去就不显示余额了，仍然无法使用，这个怎么解决？发邮件也人回复，哭丧中…
