Best reader tracker!!!!!

I stumbled upon this app because I wanted somewhere to keep my notes and this literally made me export my 900+ library in goodreads to this. OBSESSED!!!

And Robert is so prompt via email. Appreciate his development for this amazing app!

Amazing app with one major flaw

I came across this app completely on accident and it’s fantastic. I can’t believe I’m the first review on here. As a developer I can appreciate the amount of time and thought went into it. The major issue is that if you add a lot of notes/updates the summary generation doesn’t work which is kind of the whole point of the app. This should be an easy fix, for example check out alessandroamanta/bookSummarizer on GH for a method on summarizing large pieces of text for almost no cost using Python NLP and GPT. It works fabulously. Fixing this would make this an easy 5 stars. Another crucial addition would be importing characters from one book to another for book series. Other high level thoughts on what could take this to the next level: Add a custom image for character icons and/or generate one based on the description; Reading epub files directly on the app and/or automating some of the character descriptions/summaries that way; Adding any sort of social aspect would be huge.

UPDATE: bug fixed!! Thank you!!
