Kindle integration is almost non existent
I bought this e-reader because it said it integrated with your existing Kindle library. What they really mean is that a random selection of your books in your library are available to sync. Their tech support says the same thing when you complain, upgrade the app or logout then back in. I am not sure if it’s a plot to get you to buy books from them but how else do you explain such garbage integration.

Impossible to Connect Kindle or Device
I am unable to log out of my Kindle account to log into another. It says it’s connected but the books never showed up. It also says it cannot connect to the device because it is connected to another account. I hope I’m able to get a refund because the Kindle integration is the only reason I bought the device
