Since many years RD has been providing an insight for a better living to me.
Paid/ purchase but not appearing in the app
I bought a copy of July 2023 edition to read in my weekend but it’s Monday today and hadbt appeared on my app yet.
there is no customer support tab or number on the app and the app is not user friendly at all but full of BJP' leaders picture everywhere. Is this one of the godi media now?

Good content but very very poor app
I love the content in the monthly magazine. However, the app has not been intuitive since beginning and there are no updates to the app for a long time. For e.g. App should allow to scribble on the pages. I have many monthly editions in my account but I could not underline, or highlight or do anything on the pages. Its really frustrating. Attention to the app is equally important like attention to the content.

Paid for subscription but magazine unavailable always
The app has major glitches. Been a subscriber for over 6 years. Paid up for the current subscription (2022), but the magazine is yet unavailable. Can’t download. Restore option in the app says “Error” after clicking on.
Unable to access my subscription
Hello,
I have purchased the subscription in December but could not access it as the application is not allowing me to sign up.

RD is a blessed read.
Years passing. The RD remains a good read for old and young a like. I am the example. I started reading in my twenties. Now I am seventy. No change in my liking. God bless RD.
Cheated by RD
Subscribed for one year, but RD unilaterally canceled the subscription and it stands cancel after four months.
Delay in receiving digital magzine
Yet to receive May and June 2020 editions. Magster claims RD is yet to send. It’s disappointing.
Where is the may edition?
Why am i not getting the may edition of the issue on the app. I have subscribed for a year.
Subscription
The message in the beginning of the subscription stated that the auto renewal may be stopped by disabling the auto renewal at the setting. However, such setting is not available in the app. The developer may check and correct this account setting.
Drama in real life
Credit goes to the article in heading 'Drama in real life' and I got reading habit till date with increasing vigour everyday!
Small yet a good read
Love readers digest from childhood. The e version is pretty good and gives you same feel. Can add more content.
Overall great.

Good interface but u have to subscribe
U need to subscribe first ti do anything, previws are available but u know how subscriptions work
Good but needs a lot of improvements..!!!
I love Readers digest and I have been reading the paper back version for the past 4 years. When I came to know about the mobile version of it, I was so thrilled and happy. I thought that I can read it on the go without any disturbance. But the app needs a lot of improvements,
1. The magazine needs to fit the screen completely. Right now, i had to zoom in and read it which is so hard.
2. It should have dictionary search and highlight feature.
3. It should provide the way to move to next pages either by swiping left to right or vice versa or by swiping up.
These minor improvements once done will provide a rich user experience. Please consider this in your update...!!

Old editions disappear
Why can't I keep my August edition of the magazine when I have paid for it, the app allows me to keep only the current months edition. I am so annoyed coz I hadn't even finished my August book
Exclusive app
The only exclusive app I've found. This is my most favourite magazine, so I required something like this. Happy to have it on my device...
Very Happy to be back
I've returned to RD after many years and am very happy to see it in digital format, which is actually easier on the eyes than it's print version. I've had no problems accessing my copy so far.
Newstand should be revised
Rd has kept it's Standard as always, the problem I persisted that the newsstand app which is neither user friendly nor beautiful,
We need an revised edition of newsstand with all new features like dictionary or highlighting options in the reading sections.

Not user friendly ! Just like a pdf reader
I had read economist magazine on my ipad before. When i purchased the rd , i thought the same easiness and user friendly app it would be. But RD disappointed me with its app design. I can't go directly to the article i want to read. No flexibility over font size. Its like I am scrolling through image files one by one. I hope this will be updated in future.

Pathetic App
This is not about content but presentation. The app is just pathetic in terms of presentation.
It's like the creators took all the benefits of being on iPad or electronic format and threw them on "never do" list. Can't click index to go to a page, text can't be selected to view definitions. Nothing works well!
The creators should go and download The Magazine and then learn how to make an app. Reader's Digest has just outsourced the app and all the stuff is just images of the magazine. Nothing else.
