This APP is from China, you can login with WeChat account which is another company from China. This APP will upload your text to their server and send back the voice information to make the voice working, so if you are offline, the voice will keep going for about five minutes then stop there. The reading works good, the only thing I worry about is that Chinese APP always steal users’ privacy.
