I get a blank screen when I try to sign up and no email if I click forgot password

Can’t see the placement scorecard

It doesn’t show the placement scorecard. It sends to a link for the iBraille challenge to log in. We downloaded that app and signed up, went back to this app to try to see his scorecard, and the link says our username doesn’t exist.
