No value?
Paid for the app and it won’t do anything other then the first story!
Horrible App
This app is terrible. We tried the first story and it was glitchy. I figured we’d give it a shot and pay for the rest of the stories expecting a better experience for the paid content. The stories don’t load appropriately, the questions load with no text, and you have to constantly have to return to the home page and restart to get things to load correctly. This app is not worth the money or time.

This app is perfect for my son to practice the areas he struggles with in school. Some pictures of the story would be nice though.
Practice those comprehension skills!
This free app allows for practicing various comprehension strategies that are in Happy Frog’s other apps- including main idea, details, fact & opinion, inference, etc. The app is easy to navigate, and the data is collected for the teacher/parent to see what the child may need more practice on. Rewards are given for correct answers, which in turn can be used in the shop to personalize their character or play another game.

Another great app from Happy Frogs! I use this app with my students who have special needs. Although they are in grades 9/10, they are learning at this level. The stories are interesting and there is just the right number of questions to keep the students on track/focussed but not so many that they get bored with actually having to “work”. A bonus for me is that I can change the mastery level, to encourage repetition. My students like the music and I like that it can be turned off. The really like the ability to earn reward tokens/money and choose their own reward. Some chose to shop for their avatar and some preferred to play games. Thank you.

Nice addition to the series
I really like the Happy Frog apps. This one has a Nicely laid out format and easy to read font. I can definitely use this with my Speech and Language students.
I would suggest two improvements: for an incorrect response, provide an immediate and easy view back to highlight or find the correct info in the text (rather than having to navigate back and find it); and indicate when more than one selection is needed (eg, both chocolate and strawberry).
