I am an elementary school teacher and private tutor. This app is terrible. The sounds are actually incorrect. Do not buy this.

Very nice introductory app to learn to listen to the sounds of speech! Full of fun listening games, this will help your child's reading success!
A variety of phonics activities
Great! Picked this up on special and glad to have come across it. It has an American accent to choose from (also Australian and New Zealand accents are available), the narration and interface are clear and I love how only correct responses are rewarded- if an incorrect touch is made, it is simply ignored and the target is repeated again. This is really helpful for some children on the spectrum who get distracted by feedback after an incorrect answer.
