What's New in Reading List

2.9.1

June 11, 2026

Hello readers! Many of you have emailed in to report that the barcode scan or online search was no longer returning results. I've been investigating these issues for some time now, and this update at last switches to a different provider of book metadata. I hope that the coverage should now be more comprehensive, and the service more reliable. Please do reach out if you have any feedback about the metadata results in this update. If it's working better for you now, a rating or review would genuinely help spread the word :) As always, happy reading! --- Version 2.9.1 includes further refinements of the new book metadata search functionality.

Widget Broken?

The widget seems to not work. It is just blank. I enjoyed quickly updating my reading log but it doesn’t work any more.

Satisfied

I love that this app enables me to keep track of the books that I read throughout the year and over the years. It’s very easy to find the books that I’m currently reading. I do usually adjust the page #s of the book to keep accurate account of pages read etc. would highly recommend to others.

Once upon a River

An interesting tale based around the river Thames set in Victorian times. Rather mystical like her other books but quite a readable story which whilst having a sinister side to it resolves it successfully in the end.

Best book tracker

This app is very easy to use. Highly recommend!

Great to keep things organized!

It’s really a great app, I don’t have pro so I’m sure it only gets better from here! Keeps everything neat, pretty to look at, and organized!
