Unethical Company
Company only cares about money and will certainly rip you off. Would not recommend. It’s better to go with more enriching reading groups; you often find people new to the city and looking for women to date at these reading parties.
Good idea but has limitations
First of all, as an engineer myself, this app is not user friendly at all. It bugs out very often and when I tried to delete my account it showed inaccurate and confusing messages.
The help & FAQ says they typically respond in 24-48 hours but I sent out 2 messages and never got any response.
I liked the idea of Reading Rhythms and it could be a lot of fun in a perfect environment. I understand organizers are trying their best to accommodate and connect local readers and they did a fairly good job. However, there’s also a high chance that you meet very disrespectful readers. I personally met two men mocking mental health and therapy with great confidence. I lost a friend to mental health issues not long ago and I felt deeply uncomfortable with their insensitive behavior. I reported through feedback and of course no one responds.
FYI, most people who attend their events are into romance and fantasy. If you’re into those, join; if not, I’d pick something different.

A Bookish Community
This is the best concept for reading . I really enjoy these types of reader friendly environments. It’s low pressure and relaxing both in person and virtual. I can’t wait to see what’s next for RR
