Very helpful information
I was walking my dog when I decided to listen to this learning session on Menopause! There were so many things that I needed to know and would have never known if I didn’t listen. I was relieved to hear that what I was experiencing with my brain chemistry was actually normal for a woman my age! I am glad to learn that it’s okay to not feel bad about not tolerating things that I would have as a young woman! Yes, I’m becoming more focused on my happiness and less focused on others needs! What a relief! Also, I needed to hear about what questions I should be asking about my overall health and wellbeing and hormonal health and changes. Im going to listen again but this time I’ll take notes for my doctor appointments!
