Overall a good RSS reader

I do like this app, but there are some things that would be nice to see improved if it’s being updated at all.

1. When there’s an error syncing a feed, the only options we have are to Unsubscribe or Clear Errors. It would be nice to be able to copy the URL in some way to investigate further whether the sync error is because the RSS link has been discontinued, or if it’s a temporary problem that can be ignored.

2. A number of YouTube videos playing in the app are in any number of languages. I imagine that’s something in the way Google feeds the data to an RSS reader. But I don’t know if it’s possible in this app to be able to change the language of video that’s playing in it.

3. Once you’ve cleared all the feeds in the app, it would be nice if the focus remained on the Unread option so the next time you put focus on the app, it is already showing you the newest unread items. A very minor thing, but just a smoother user experience in my mind.

Good, but rough around the edges

I still use it daily as I prefer the user experience over Reeder, but I am finding lots of rough edges where things don't work well or at all. For a paid version 3.x, this is unacceptable.

WTF is Going on???

Readkit doesn’t work. PERIOD. Nothing works. To make it worse there is now number to call to get Tech. HELP. These people don’t respond to emails asking for help.

UI Issues and no support

I have a lifetime subscription to ReadKit and I want to give it every chance to be great - I’ve been a syndication-feed user for over 20 years now.

However, the program for months and months and months has a UI issue where the article column completely disappears.

I submitted support on this and was met with complete silence from the developer.

I’m tired of letting these things slide. Maybe it’s a Tahoe problem - but this makes the app completely unusable .
