So helpful with ADHD
I’m loving the concept so far, works amazingly with my ADHD as well I could really focus when reading, I have never been able to focus well when reading and big texts always make me feel almost dizzy, but I notice a considerable increase in my focus. Excited to keep using it, I think it’s going to help a lot of people.

Cool but not worth money…. Subscriptions < one time payment
7.99 a month is steep for something that just helps you read. Also not very inclined to get the year subscription for 40. Subscription based utility apps are just dumb. This software really isn’t ground breaking, or difficult to build. The price is absolutely ridiculous considering the simplicity, and actual practical application. I’ll stick to just reading books, or listening to ebooks. Would definitely consider paying once for it, but not worth adding another subscription to the endlessly growing list… greed is holding this app back.

Just doesn’t work at the onboarding.
Couldn’t change WPM. After finishing the onboarding, the button to continue just wouldn’t work. After closing and resetting my phone it’d just restart the onboarding.

Paid for this app. One time payment and can enter in pages from anything with copy paste and speed read through everything. Love it

Bottom of screen doesn’t work
I’m on iOS 17 and onboarding didn’t work as the buttons at the bottom of my screen weren’t activating when I tapped them. This renders the app unusable.

Best app for dyslexia people
Out of every reading app I’ve tryed this is by far the best. If you have adhd or dyslexia this app will help you so much and make reading enjoyable. This needs to be in the hands of every dyslexic person.

AI generated cash grab copy
Clearly vibe coded app copy of the open source RSVP Nano. I’m sure the prompt engineer downloaded the open source files for the original, slapped it into codex and asked it to make an IOS app copy of the software. The app shows all the hallmarks of a vibe coded app like inconsistent fonts and unpolished finish (especially for an app so simple), and the fact that it makes no reference to the product it clearly copied every aspect of their app from and immediately tries to charge you $40 out of the gate to use it makes this a low effort cash grab by the developer. Go support the original RSVP nano project by John Decebal instead of this AI generated junk.

This is false. Readrrr was not vibe coded, and it was not copied from RSVP Nano. RSVP Nano was released months after Readrrr was already live, so the claim does not even make sense. We have put a lot of work into building, polishing, testing, and improving Readrrr. People are completely free to dislike the price or prefer another app, but accusing us of copying an open source project and calling the app AI-generated junk is not true. Readrrr is priced the way it is because it is not just a basic RSVP tool thrown together quickly. A lot of thought has gone into the design, the reading experience, the import flow, the UI, and the overall polish. That is exactly why some people who even think the app is too expensive still say they have not found another app that feels as nice or fluid as Readrrr. You also claim the app is unpolished, but give no actual examples, just broad accusations. We take real criticism seriously, but this specific review is based on false claims.
Neat but lacks functionality
I’d like to be able to just load books from Amazon or B&N but the digital rights managment creates a lot of workarounds to load content - and even then, not always successful - you’re stuck to “their library” which is nice if you want to read the pre-installed books, but useless if you have other books to read. Will be interested to see them sell this tech to those with the keys to more content. Otherwise, great tech idea, just not super handy with its current limitation.

Great idea, work flow needs work
When it works, it works fantastically well. However, the current user experience is incredibly cumbersome, which is why I’m giving it one star. It currently only works in Safari and doesn't support Apple News at all. Having to constantly copy and paste URLs feels like a tedious workaround. If this had a seamless, one-click extension or sharing integration rather than forcing me to jump through hoops, it would easily be an everyday app for me.
