No connection
I cannot register for my accounts can I get a hold of anybody to help fix the issue! Can’t get website to load and any message I send I’m told that message cannot be sent !!!! Is this even active any longer or just a waist of money ???!!

I keep getting a network gap error message anytime I try to connect. Weather stopped working on the watch, heartbeat is not working too. This is below expectations
Watch works but I can’t even register for the app
I got the watch and it works fine but the app refuses to let me register to use it. I keep getting a network error, even though my internet works everywhere else. I’d be willing to update my review if I could just get into the app.

Doesn't let me make an account
I've tried registering to make an account many times but it just says network connection gap, my connection is fine it's the app that is causing the issues, I just use it as a guest but I would prefer not to

When trying to register app says Network gap check network. Happens on all networks WiFi or 5g.
Works fine until it won’t update firmware
My mom bought these for our family and the app was working fine for about a week until her app said that she needed to update firmware wand would not let her. We have tried everything , uninstalling and reinstalling the app, resetting the watch, and nothing is working. I hate to say that the watch is near useless now, as it’s no longer properly recording her steps.

I got this mainly to monitor blood pressure but when I manually take my pressure it reads 117/77 on the watch. When transferring to my phone it reads 148/ 96. How in the world is there such a big discrepancy. Your instructions give nothing on how to correct or troubleshoot this issue and the app constantly says downloading new firmware. I just got to watch yesterday and installed the app. What does it need to download since yesterday?!

Nice app, wish it worked
After working sporadically for several months, this app now only syncs in one direction, from my phone to the watch. The app stalls after getting to 50% sync every time. I can’t log my workouts and track any of my daily, weekly, or monthly trends on the app. Too bad, because it was a decent “smart” watch for the price until the app stopped working.

The app keeps saying “synchronization timed out” and I have tried everything to fix it but nothing works

Fix Sync issue
The app worked for a little while but the sync won’t work. It would say disconnect Bluetooth, or make sure it’s full charged and connected even though I did all those steps. I can’t monitor my sleep progress with it on. Please fix this has potential to better.

The watch itself works fine and when it syncs with the app, the time and date are correct. Then it goes downhill. Struggles to stay synced to the phone (I use an iPhone). The weather feature stops working. If you charge your at night, it won’t record your sleep, even though it shows being connected. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Works fine for a few hours and then it’s back to the same issues. Always make sure the firmware is updated, but it doesn’t help.
Please fix the App. If you want to keep selling the watch, you need to have a reliable App since they’re supposed to work together. Please fix the app.... please!!

Step count is a little off but great watch for the price
Doesn’t do a thing
I bought the watch. Then I got the app. Tried multiple times to synchronize to the watch and the app said Bluetooth wasn’t on. It was. So without it, neither the watch or the app is of any use. More Chinese products with no standards.

I'm very sorry, if your phone's system version number is 13 or later, it is recommended that you go to see if Bluetooth permission is turned on. Click Settings-READsport-Bluetooth to view.
