Errores y me deben dinero

La app me gusta mucho y está genial. El problema es que compré un usuario adicional y no me aparece por ningún lado. Lo compré dos veces porque la primera vez pensé que no lo había hecho bien. Pero resulta que no, que no me dan acceso a él, pero si me lo han cobrado. Espero que contacteis para arreglarlo y devolverme el dinero. Gracias.
