App needs improvement
Update May 13: app crashes on IOS 17.7.10
The app is very basic and needs improvements. For example we can add newspapers and magazines to a Shelf (a reading list), but amazingly there is no option to delete the old read issues. So, the Shelf gets bigger by the day using up precious storage space. The customer support just said it is not available and hard to believe the app designer did not think of a basic necessity

Needs lot of improvements
Very inconvenient to use/read on mac. Need lot of improvement and features to support good reading experience.

Not good
Purchased the newspaper, but not delivered to my account. Money waste.
Don’t Pay
Please don’t pay, the app is useless will deduct money and won’t provide pdf. Why is this app even on the store. Please apple remove this app and take action.

Must to have, miss reading newspapers overseas now but this one reconnected.
Disappearing papers
You stop loading newspapers after a few days in shelf . Very frustrating.
Pathetic service
One week of writing a mail and no response yet. I loaded money into Readwhere wallet and did payment from there, the payment went through by subscription has not activated yet. And no response for customer care has made me helpless and my money just have been eaten away without any service.
Unable to download Jugashankha Silchar
From 1 October I am again not able to download the Jugashanka Silchar edition. I have registered a complaint in the readwhere helpdesk but the issue hasn’t been solved yet. Please look into it at the earliest.

Bought a magazine subscription.

Not a great app, very minimal options and not designed for any paid service. Do not choose any paid service unless you have no other choice. Pathetic support and response.
Where to Read
The app doesn’t give magazine subscribed . I have subscribed for 12 months of WOW Hyderabad , it’s WOW ... Still searching for the mag . On complaint they enabled feb magazine and thereafter again I am search them.

Poor application performance
In some pages of UI back button is not working properly.
Good with small improvement need
This is perfect application for a daily news lover and planet aware reader and everything works as designed HOWEVER there is minor GUI glitch that results in frustration if reading from multiple sources. Glitch is navigating back and searching, basically the top bar is messed with iPhone top bar to navigate in application. Hopefully developers can rectify this.

Punjabi language leading daily ‘punjabi jagran’ is not showing updated from 2-3 weeks , and it’s supplements are also not showing up

Readwhere- where to read?
I regret subscribing to a newspaper with this app. Even after downloading newspaper, it will take age to load it on the screen. Also while zooming the page become more blurred and become impossible to read.
Company has given suitable name to this app. Such a waste of time and money.
