It’s always saying “sorry we couldn’t find a ride” literally no point of the app

The app doesn’t let me put in my work address but whenever i have someone in my family call them, they come to pick me up and not even ON TIME! This app is a joke.

This app is TRASH, it never lets me book always talking about some ‘all our seat are full’ but when my momma call em y’all book me, an disgrace.
