Broome County OES is an interactive mobile app designed to assist the citizens and visitors of Broome County, NY before, during, and after an emergency or disaster whether natural or manmade. The app provides various features that strive to help keep the citizens of Broome County educated, prepared, and informed on preparedness and protective measures.
