It’s cute but half doesn’t work
We like this app but only three of the games work. Really frustrating that the other games don’t work.
No sound or text
Even though I have the audio and text box checked, it’s not giving me any sound or instructions in text form. Very disappointing as we’re trying to work through this program and they recommend using the app and here I am trying to do it and it will not work. Hopefully it gets updated and we can use it in the future.

Terrible …
I love the purpose of this app, but it has major problems that make it not worth using. My daughter will get 100% of the questions right and it will still rate “below age level” on her skills, it crashes a lot, it doesn’t guide kids through the purpose of a game effectively, and the microphone doesn’t actually start “listening” until it’s been on the screen for a little while, meaning kids will get an answer right, but the app will not “hear” it. Definitely needs a lot of work to get this up to a standard that should be helping parents assess the skills of their children.

Glitchy
On the train game, level two page two the bee icon is frozen and we can’t get past that page. The “munchkin” game crashes the whole app often. The gum ball game works but my 3yo would rather get the answer wrong to feed the fish the gum ball so I can’t assess his comprehension. Such potential here.. when it did work for about a month his reading abilities soared, thank you!

Very frustrating no sound
The game thinks the sound is playing but no sound plays. All the games rely on hearing letter sounds. Not sure what the issue is

No sound and no way to contact developers
Just downloaded this app and there is no sound and no way to report issues. It’s USELESS without the sound.

I had this a couple years ago and it worked great. Redownloaded now and it doesn’t have any sound. Bummer! Can’t use this app without sound.

Glitchy
It’s a great tool but the train game freezes. My son loves trains and when he gets to three boxes they don’t fit with a bee, hat, mat, cotton, hand and obviously there’s only 2 right answers, it’s asking for 3. Please fix.
VIOLATION
This app is in violation of the Apple guidelines for children. Specifically, the vocabulary section teaches PRISON, BEER and CIGARETTES. I know for certain you can’t have the beer and cigarettes in a kids app.

Entertaining
My three year old really enjoys playing these games. He is getting better and better at recognizing letters and numbers and is starting on the addition! I have my niece started on it too. The only recommendation I have is to remove the children laughing. My son thinks that he is being made fun of when he hears them laugh and it’s when he will usually stop playing. My niece gets mad when she hears it and yells at the screen to stop. I had thought of this prior to my son’s reaction but thought I was being too sensitive until I saw both being bothered by it.

Great app for preschoolers
Just downloaded this for my 4 year old son. He has fun doing all the activities. He especially likes the turtle and the hare race and saying the letter when a microphone shows up.
