Doesn’t work for your specific location
I love the idea of this but I constantly get notifications for weather alerts in cities that are an hour or so away from me. There’s nowhere to add or update an address and if it’s going off phone location, then that’s not working either. I’m honestly sick of getting alerts for Ruskin or the like.

Bad storm came into Pinellas Co with tons of quarter and larger size hail. Damaging winds and a confirmed TORNADO in Largo!! Why did I only get a storm warning when it was offshore and gone?? My BF got no warnings at all. Notifications on both phones. You dropped the ball!! Not ok!!

Doesn’t work on iPhone
Used to have this app on my old Android and worked fine. The IOS version of the app says check email for the weather notification but no email. ??? Notification tones don’t work and no, my phone is not on silent.
Ease of Use
I love how the app works. Easy to use — which is perfect because we tend to use this during times of severe weather. It would be great if you add the tides here as well since Pinellas county has so many residents who enjoy going on the water with their boats, jet skis, and paddleboards.
Should I get this?
Download immediately! I lived in Pinellas County for 11 years and moved away. I returned to visit my daughter who lives in zone A when Hurricane came. This amazing tool updated us every step of the way and has made the experience so much easier than any hurricane I had ever experienced in 40 years as a Floridian! Every bit of needed information in one place. Helpful post storm reminders for safety.

Useless. Deleting.
Downloaded and allowed notifications so that I could quickly learn when county specific evacuation orders were placed. All I received were hurricane and storm surge warnings. I already got these from my weather app, television, other smart devices and multiple emails.
Finding Evac Zone did NOT work
I tried to find my evacuation Zone by address, and it took me to a map that had no colors and no zones.
Worthless
If I could give 0 stars I would. Had high hopes but this needs to go back to the drawing board ASAP. Just got an update only to have it flash on my screen and the app crashed! Tried to access the app but it crashed multiple times. During hurricane Ian, the app gave late info or crashed, so was of no use. Sounds good, but needs more work before putting out to the public.

Was working, now instant crash
While it was slow to locate me during Ian, it was working. Now, it crashes instantly when I attempt to open it.
Shamefully inadequate
News media was providing updates HOURS before this app. App does not adjust with large font sizes on phone. Map key blocks quarter of map. Does not function properly when out of area. I was traveling and needed information about hurricane preparation for my home. The app wasted precious time needed to make arrangements.
So many things need improvement, but top three:
1. Faster updates
2. Allow user to sign in and then have app recognize address so we don’t have to enter same info again and again
3. Adjust for larger font sizes on phones. Plenty of residents in Pinellas over 40 who need reading glasses. I couldn’t make out half of what it said because text was cutoff and/or overlapped.
So many things need improvement, but top three:

Horrible app
Counting on this to provide guidance and notifications for hurricane Ian. Got push notifications ok, but when I clicked it, app crashed every time. Just removed it from my apps. Junk
Worthless
No information to be found on here! Going outside will tell you more about the conditions than this App.
App closes instantly
Every time I get an alert and try to click on it the app closes instantly. It also did not recognize what zone I was in before I evacuated. It would be a great app if I could read what the alerts are. Very frustrating.
Just get text alerts
Keeps glitching and shutting down whenever I try to open it. Texts are more reliable
Almost Worthless App
Lot of network error messaging. No longer finds my location no matter what setting I use. Alerts are nice but the weather channel app just as good

Here we are at the onset of Ian and the app won’t even open.
