I just wanted you to know what a great asset Jose is to your company! We live in a condo community and the unit above us had a water leak which came through the walls and damaged the floor. You sent Jose and Sam initially and then Jose made all the following visits. Needless to say we were panic stricken! Jose was calm and explained the process to us. He answered all our questions and was always polite and knowledgeable.
