This app is an amazing app. I'd tried it for free and I loved it. I just wish it was free to students like me who is trying to pass because we pay for multiple study materials and none of it is cheap. Money adds up. If you don't mind purchasing this app it is good to use everyday to help you pass, along with your other study materials. Good luck to everyone who is taking their real estate exams. You got this. I'd love for this app to become free with tons of different questions similar to the actual exam from different resources and apps. What a good app!

Not specific to one state

I don’t like this app because it’s not information catered to one state it’s very broad and you will be testing on unnecessary information that will throw you off for the final state exam

For to cancel subscription

Tried to get refund on the DAY OF renewal didnt even use app and they wont give. Companies this desperate for money should never be used.

Extremely useful app

I’ve been a broke for 20 years in California and I just needed to recently apply for my state broker exam in Florida. I did not choose to do the in person classes and instead. Focus on the test questions and while browsing through different tools and apps I found this one and I enjoy the daily 10 to 30 questions that I go through to study with through the app. It’s a very efficient way to learn and to get better to prep yourself for the state exam.

State Based

Unless I’m missing something there should be a setting that adjust the questions based on the state you are preparing for. At least half of the questions I’ve seen aren’t related to the things required to know for my state.

Impossible to contact support.

They failed to provide content relevant to what’s on the state exam. No one emails back when requesting a refund. Thankfully, I passed my exam AFTER I found a different study resource. I would not recommend this app to anyone trying to pass their exam.

NJ Real Estate Exam

I’ve been using this app to prepare for my exam this Friday. It has really given me the confidence to know that I can enjoy the information after studying the material and apply it as I learn. I’ve been taking multiple practice exams and have always referred my learning to take the practice test. Scored average 70 questions right out of the 110. Ill
Review it again after tomorrow. Good luck to me.

Home Screen is missing

The first week I paid for this app I enjoyed it. Now the home screen is missing I’ve sent countless emails reporting the issue and it’s still hasn’t been an update to this app.

It’s good

At first I was using this app without add ons. Each day you get 10 free questions plus a daily bonus question. Once questions are answered, there’s a quick explanation on the topic, which I like. And there’s a section where once’s progress is reported. This left me wanting more so I paid for the subscription of $29 per month. But within the first two days I completed all the questions, so every time I open the app, the home page just a white page. To access questions one must select from the categories that were created based on the level of knowledge.

This is a great app to have on the go study sessions at any time of the day! Help with recalling information, and that’s what you’ll need when taking the test! Test questions and break down of the answers are really helpful!
