Love this app

I really feel like this is helping me to not only figure out how the questions will be asked and what to look for in the pattern. But I want to beat it. I want to keep going until I get a perfect score. So it’s very motivating. And I love that it has state specific questions too!

Great study tool

The app is great and easy to use. The only issue I have is with the renewal process. I was charged for two subscriptions and the when I cancelled it won’t allow me to study even though I’m paid up for another month.

App doesn’t register premium membership

I had to reset the app after every test because it thinks I’m not a premium member for some reason. So basically I have to freshen the app so it registers I’m a premium user then take a test and then in order to review my quizzes and answers or take another test I have to close the app and reopen it. It’s really frustrating.

Important information:

I love this app. I just wish it was free to use to help students like me who is studying. I gave this a four star just because this app isn't free. If it was, I'd rate it a five. I've bought a few study materials and I'm not purchasing anything else because every resource just about have the same information just different words. I do like that this app breaks down the question if you get it wrong for you to better understand the meaning of the word. This is a great app to purchase if you're trying to pass your real estate exams. Good luck and you got this! You will pass!

How do you cancel

Not sure I’m ready to give my review it will depend on how hard it is to cancel. So far it’s not in my Apple subscription which is weird and you can’t simply cancel from the app. Super weird.

So helpful!

I have been looking for a program like this. I have a free trial and full membership for 7 days. I believe I will purchase after trial because it’s so easy and helpful with great content and accurate facts.

Liked the app, kept crashing

Liked the app layout but it freezes up regularly and locks up my phone for almost 1 minute. Unable to close it or lock phone during that time. Hope the developers can fix the bug as I’d like to use this app again

Might be more damaging to course info than helpful

The app literally gave me false information that was contrary to how subordination agreements work in one of it’s questions. It asked me which statement is true regarding subordination agreements and I selected “ii only”, here is it’s response:

“I. the primary lender retains top priority over the lien of the secondary lender.
Il. the contract must be authorized by all participating lenders to be legitimate.

Incorrect
In a subordination agreement, the primary lender's lien retains top priority over the lien of the secondary lender, making Statement I accurate.
Additionally, for the subordination agreement to be legitimate, it must be authorized by all participating lenders, ensuring that all parties agree to the change in lien priority, making Statement Il accurate as well.”

——
A subordinate lien means it takes a suborinate position to a junior lien, meaning it does NOT have priority any longer over thst lien. It does not make me feel good to know thst I might have gotten bad info elsewhere as well.

Great Study App 👍

Just passed my exam in Texas and found the app really helpful. Covered a lot of specific statutes for Texas and found the questions challenging but easy to understand.
