Can’t create pdf
This looks like a good app. The problem I have is that it won’t create a pdf because I don’t use the built-in email app - I use Outlook, and apparently it only checks the native app. Fix this, and it will be a more useable app, and worth a higher rating.

Nice app. I am not a veteran real estate investor and this app is not overwhelming and is helping me have a sense of security that I am making a decent decision. Wonder if you could make it where one could enter in alternate offer prices and see comparisons on impact to metrics and have that in a report? Anyway, thanks for the good work!

Very useful tool the app is very user friendly!
Very good app
There is a lot of functionality with controls for growth rates on rent revenue, underlying property value, and expenses. The app also generates a clear pdf with 5, 10, 15 and 30 year projections of a key states including cash on cash return and IRRs. My only criticism is that the basic paid version of app only allows one property at a time to be in use.
