I have been a loan officer for over 25 years and this has been the only calculator I have ever used. I had one physical calculator on my desk and one in my briefcase. When I found it in an app you can imagine how excited I was. This is the simplest way to calculate mortgage payments. Great for new loan officers getting in the business.

If ain’t broke, don’t fix it
I’ve had this mortgage calculator now well over 10 years. Probably since 2013. I’ve never used anything else besides it. It’s my go to for any mortgage financing calculations. I would recommend this app for anyone that is in the mortgage industry.

A subscription for a calculator?
A one time fee? Sure, I can handle those. A yearly, even monthly, subscription to use a calculator? No thank you. It’s a great tool, and works excellent. But not worth a constant charge.

Works perfectly! Mostly use on the road or vacation..even has a feature to email payment calculations. Don’t worry about carrying calculator every where again.
Terrific Product!
I used to buy the calculators made by the same company for years, but they would always grow legs! Now that I have the app it's just as good, even better because it's always with me. This is great for doing numbers on investments! Great for mortgages, car loans and credit cards! It's an invaluable tool for me.

I used have this calculator, i paid $50 or $60 for it. Now for $6 its right on my iphone. Easy to use.
