Easy, Convenient & User-Friendly
I’ve been using the REM app and I really like the concept. It makes finding and connecting with real estate agents feel much easier and less overwhelming. I especially like that you can see agents’ experience, specialties, languages, service areas, and verification information all in one place before deciding who to contact. The layout is clean, modern, and easy to navigate, and being able to message an agent directly through the app is really convenient. Definitely a useful app for anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

REM makes finding deals easier as a Real Estate Investor to find deals and connect with sellers and buyers
Having the right person makes the process all the more better
House hunting in the DMV took me about six months before I got anywhere. I was doing the usual thing, scrolling listings at night, showing up to open houses, occasionally putting in an offer and losing out. It wasn’t going well.
I ended up trying REM mostly because I was tired of doing it solo. Got matched with an agent who works with first-time buyers, which mattered more than I expected. A lot of the process I just didn’t know. What to look for at a walkthrough. When an inspection issue is a dealbreaker versus a bargaining chip. How fast you have to move when something good comes up. Having someone who’d done it a hundred times before meant I stopped second-guessing every decision.
We narrowed down neighborhoods first, which helped a lot. Instead of chasing anything in my price range across the whole area, we focused on a few places that actually fit how I live. From there it moved pretty quickly and I found the house I wanted.
