Should really be "California real estate prep"

So many of the questions are specific to California and just plain wrong for other states. I've kept getting continually frustrated then going to my books and google to make sure I'm not stupid. Especially questions with dates, taxes and loans

The AI is also awful and won't admit when it's wrong.

I feel like it's probably been messing me up more than helping.

TRULY A MUST HAVE! I passed on the first try

I’m not exaggerating when I say that I passed because of this app. I’d been studying with different methods but felt like I was missing something. I love apps like Quizlet for this kind of thing but I struggled to find accurate answers consistently. I found this Real Estate exam test through searching for master practice exams on line and it was a godsend. I got the notification to schedule my exam on Tuesday night 10/28/25. I studied and crammed like crazy for the days leading up to the exam on Halloween (which is today)! The exam was a breeze and the verbiage on the exam mirrors what you get from this app. It’s worth it to upgrade to PRO (only a few bucks for the weekly). I just got back home and couldn’t wait to give my thanks to this app and everyone who contributed to it. Good luck on your exams!

A great and convenient tool to study, I would recommend only paying for the one month and scheduling your state exam so the app can help as much as possible. Overall great assistance when explaining answers, easy to navigate and the online version is free.

I’ve actually been able to study in hand with this app. I rate it 5 stars, great quality as it touch bases on all of the topics I need for my exam at no cost and no ads. I love the way it allows opportunities for growth regardless if I answer correctly or incorrectly. 5 stars

This is the best app I have had thus far. I take my real estate exam soon and I have been trying to study and get a better understanding of many of the important topics but wasn’t able to. I downloaded this app, WHICH IS FREE, and started studying each subject matter, because I wanted to have an deeper understanding and more access to the app I did purchase the 1 week of full access for $5.99 which was the best thing I have ever invested my money in. It lets you know your probability of passing the actual exam, it goes through each question and topic thoroughly 10/10!

Bad content; great format

The content does not prepare one for the national real estate test. It prepares one for the California real estate test. Multiple questions are quite specific to California, such as the date taxes are due and the agency to go to for certain issues. In reality, the date taxes are due differs by state and the agencies handling different problems also can differ by state. Who knows which questions are California specific? It brings into question the accuracy for all of the questions when studying for the national test. The format of the software is absolutely fantastic though—customizable, easy to work with and engaging.
