Collaboration over Competiton
By collaborating together with other leaders we get diverse perspectives and solutions to our business obstacles. My collaborative group gives me an opportunity to share what’s really going on in our company versus some of the items I leave out of my company/board meetings. Must have to position yourself as an impact leader.
