Not a great experience

I won’t be renewing this time. I pay monthly and with playing a few times a week against the computer, I haven’t won once, even with some great hands, in the last two pay cycles. It does help me practice deciding on my hand, but after that, actually playing the game is just too frustrating to lose every time.

Great!

When I’m on vacation I love to load this app and play a game or two. I miss the the gals I play with, but, I keep up or perhaps even sharpen my skills while traveling.

Best app to learn Mah Jongg

Love this app! It helps me learn the hands.

Best Mahjong app

With so many apps out there, I’ve found this to be the best!

Terrific

Closest game to real MahJongg

Too many wall games

I just played five games in a row (four against the computer and one against real players) and all five in a row ended as wall games. In real life games, I’d say we only wall about 5% of the time. What a waste of time to spend one hour playing, only to wall each game. Also, I don’t like that we have to “skip” every time there is a possibility to call. In another app, you just hit “proceed” continually, which is a better flow. Finally, with the suggested hands, it’s helpful to show the suggestion + the line it completes as other apps do vs just the suggestion. Sometimes I’m playing without my card and it helps to see the line.

Legit!

The only perfect Mah Jongg game online. Great way to play or practice with friends or against the computer.

Practice Errors

Programming needs to be checked for the new card, please. Too many errors! Often won’t allow picking up eligible tile discards … too many jokers thrown away in a row - not realistic or statistically likely.

Great way to strengthen/learn skills

Thank you for getting me ready to win at my in person mah Jongg games!

Scam!!!!!

Great App

Excellent tool to learn to play Mah Jongg!

Hands Repeat

It deals the same hands over and over again. It’s really not that hard to randomize the hands and for the price of the game, it should do that. I’m not happy.

Small complaint

I enjoy this app very much, it’s helping to improve my game. But, I think it has some bugs. When I have a Kong, the computer won’t let me slide it up to reveal on certain hands. This has happened twice. Very frustrating! It happened just now on the hand 2468 -4.

Great Way To Learn Mah Jongg!

As a beginner, I have found Real Mah Jongg tremendously helpful in learning the basics of the American version of this game. After only a few weeks using the App, I am able to hold my own when playing with much more experienced players.
Thank you, Real Mah Jongg!

Best online mahjong game

We used Real Mahjong during the pandemic and it made my life feel like everything was normal!

Difficult to win

Since coming back to this app a few months ago, the computer wins and usually with no exposures. I have been using it to practice the new card, but it is incredibly frustrating. I played with this app for several years and it was fun. I don’t know if the algorithm was changed, but it’s not that common for the player who wins to have no exposures. Now 95% of the time, that’s the case.
