Amy Mia T - thank you for your comments and I'm sorry you don't find the app easy to use. We've modelled the UI on a messaging app - like WhatsApp for example - with the intention that it should be familiar / intuitive to most users. Your feedback is really valuable, however, and we'll take another look at the UI to see where we can improve. (addendum): thinking about this some more ... it's curious that you say the app is "not usable". We are aware of a challenge with some of the larger font sizes (Settings -> Accessibility -> Display & Text Size -> Larger Text). We support Accessibility, but when the text gets too big it can become unusable. I'm not sure if that's the problem - sharing this comment in case it helps. We will continue to investigate!

I’ve purchased three stories, “Power Play,” “Call the Doctor,” and “Artifice.” I can’t wait for their Halloween story, “The Ghost Whisperer.”
From the moment you click on the app until you leave, you will be part of the interactive story. As a boomer (1946-1964), I found the app to be user friendly and the writing brilliant.

xYuitoWildx, Thank you for taking the time to try out the app and send your feedback. It’s a few months since you left your comment and I wanted to provide an update. We’ve just released v2 of the app and we no longer offer subscriptions. You can play “Artifice” for free and if you like it, you can pay once for any of the other stories and play as many times as you like. We’ve also eliminated delays between messages so we’ve directly addressed both of your concerns. For anyone reading this … we love getting feedback - good or bad! Either here in the App Store; or you can send a message via our website (www.real2.co.uk); or if you prefer to comment anonymously you can use the user feedback feature in the app itself.
