Please help the app is not great for collectors of real care baby simulator

I would just like to start off by saying I really do think that the real care baby project and concept is really cool and I do think that it does shine a light on parenting. However, I am a collector of these infant simulators. I have a real care one and I have a baby over standard The one that you have to turn the black key and I am very very upset because with my real care one, I cannot see the schedules that are programmed into it, and when I tried to use the app to write down the times that my babies were crying because I often run them. The app would not save of the stuff that I wrote down, which made me have to delete the app, but it’s frustrating because I did get my baby used off of eBay and cannot get the programmer for it and was wondering if you had any suggestions on how I could find the Schedules that the baby I guess uses for the caravans because I did hear that there were like 15 different schedules pre-programmed into the doll a.k.a. simulators but I cannot find them anywhere. Also it’s kind of disappointing that collectors could not get the newest model. The real care baby for I would love to have a real care baby for it because I think it would be easier to program the baby through my computer. Sorry I’m rambling but this is honestly my opinion. I don’t have any issues with my baby think it overall I absolutely love him, but I would really like to find a solution. Also, the head support thing I’m not quite sure. I understand how it works because whenever I pick my baby up her head fall
